Shipping and Billing Address
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH FOR ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS! Credit Card orders are accepted for USA ORDERS ONLY. To prevent unauthorized credit card use, and avoid fraud, We will only ship orders to verifyable billing addresses. This means that the physical address listed on your order must match the billing address for the credit card used. Failure to comply will result in delays for your shipment, and/or refusal to ship. We are protecting your credit card numbers and keeping individuals from committing fraud. Please note that your IP address is logged at time of order for credit card fraud prevention.
All NON-USA, (International), orders must use the Paypal Payment Option during checkout. No Exceptions! We WIll Not Process international orders that use credit cards or mail order. You will be notified by email if this happens.

Returns and Exchanges
All products purchased are custom manufactured at time of order (we do not pull them off the shelves and ship them) and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at the time of order placement. Komplex Kreations will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. Komplex Kreations' quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify isymbolz.com of any problems upon receipt of package.

Shipping Delays
Komplex Kreations is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including Postal Service delays or loss of items, local delivery errors, international customs issues, or customer supplied incorrect address. We will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible. If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will notify you by email for an address correction and reship the product.
