Komplex Kreations, we strongly believe in personal privacy. Your personal information
is gathered at the time of order for the purpose of processing and shipping out
your order only. It is our strict policy not to rent, sell, lease, or share your
name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information
to anyone under any circumstances. We may occasionally keep you informed via
email of new products or sales, in which you will be able to opt out if you do
not want to recieve emails.
However,
we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law
or legal process to provide information about a customer.
Credit Card Safety
We understand everyones concerns with
security when giving credit card #'s over the internet. We use 128 Bit SSL Technology
Secure Servers for credit card ordering to insure that your information is encrypted
before being submitted. To also help prevent credit card fraud, we will only process
credit card orders that originate in the USA only. The shipping address and the
billing address of the credit card must match or orders will not be processed.
Non-USA (international) orders must use the Paypal Payment Option at time of checkout.
No Exceptions! Your IP address will be logged at time of
order to help prevent credit card fraud.
