What kind of payments do you accept?
Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Check by mail is also accepted. However mail orders will not be processed until we recieve payment. You will be notified by email when we recieve your payment with your order form. We do not except checks for international(Non-USA) orders.
I'm not comfortable with supplying my credit card online. Is there another way to order?
Although the shopping cart system we use holds a Verisign Secure Server Authenticity Certificate, and industry standard 128 Bit Encryption, we realize that consumers still have their doubts about the internet. You have the option to order by mail when u checkout. We also recommend using Paypal as an alternative payment system. They are secure, reliable, and very easy to use.
Why does my credit statement say Komplex Kreations and not isymbolz.com?
isymbolz.com is owned and operated by Komplex Kreations. Therefore all credit card transactions are done by Komplex Kreations.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been received or shipped. You must email us within 24 hours of ordering to cancel an order. Please include your name and the order # from your receipt.
I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 48 hours of receipt, however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon recieving the order. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. None of our decals are pulled off the shelf. They are made when orders are recieved. We do this to make sure the customer recieves the highest quality decal when ordered. The only delays in shipping are caused by invalid/declined credit cards or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. You will recieve email regarding any delays. What are the decals made of?
All our vinyl graphic products are made from high quality self adhesive vinyl material. The same material is used for the trucking industry to put their company names and logos on their trailers. Don't let our cheap prices fool you. Our vinyl has a 5-7 year durability
Do you accept orders from other countries?
Yes we do accept and ship orders worldwide. However we Do Not Accept international credit card orders. All Non-USA orders must use the Paypal Payment Option at checkout. No exceptions. Your order will not get processed if you use a credit card for Non-USA orders.
