Are T-Shirts silkscreened?
No. We custom make the T-shirts using a special vinyl for clothing. They are die cut like the rest of the decals then applied to T-shirts with an industrial Heat Press. They are not iron on materials that you buy at retail stores. This material can only be applied with a heat press.
Are the decals legal on my vehicle?
Different states have vastly different laws and regulations regarding decal placement. Most decals are legal as long as they do not block the driver's view of the road. Check with your local laws before making a purchase.
Can we return or exchange decals or T-shirts?
All products purchased are custom manufactured to order and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the confirmation email issued at the time of order placement. Komplex Kreations will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative.
Why does my credit card billing address have to match the shipping address?
To protect us and our customers from credit card fraud, all orders are verified with the card issuing bank for proper address. The shipments can be made to that adddress only.
Please be advised that we pursue fraudulent credit card orders to the fullest extent of the law.

Why hasn't my email question been answered?
Possible reasons for no response from us is if the email address or other information is either incorrect or incomplete. Majority of all emails sent are answered asap, however, emails containing questions which are answered in the FAQ sections will not be answered.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Where can the decals be installed?
These vinyl graphic products can be installed on any smooth, non-porous, wax free surface. This includes glass, plexiglas, painted surfaces, fiberglas, some plastics, etc.
Can I install the decals myself?
Yes, most of our products are easy enough for a novice to install. Please visit our installation page for instructions. We also send installation instruction along with your order.
Will They harm the painted surfaces of my car?
The vinyl will not harm any of these surfaces. This is the same material that is used for truck lettering, & commercial signage.
